KA2 School GARDENS
Welcome to KA2 GARDENS, a KA2 School project funded by the Erasmus Plus programme. The project aims to encourage nutrition education and promote healthy and eco-friendly food choices. Targeting young people has the advantageous dual effect of educating them and positively influencing the families of the children, who will be impacted by the teachings through the students’ eating habits. The project will educate people to eat in a healthy and environmentally sustainable way. A double impact, on nutritional habits and environmental sustainability, achieved through a single intervention. GARDENS is a two-year collaborative project between France, Germany, Italy, Serbia and Cyprus.
Objective 1
to empower the education about healthy nutrition habits in schools.
Objective 2
to enhance teaching of environmental impact of food practices in schools; and printing paying attention to the benefits of fashion circularity and environmental sustainability.
Objective 3
to validate a hybrid digital educational methodology to support educators and produce high-quality learning outcomes.
